The Enterprise Network Security Audit is a security audit consisting of a comprehensive analysis or audit of your current network security posture against a set of know and suspected security vulnerability threats. The rise in threats and increasing risk to companies has resulted in higher costs to control and protect information and more significant penalties for failing to protect those assets – this rise in risks and vulnerabilities requires senior level action. Increasing responsibility is being placed at the executive level to understand what their security vulnerabilities are and to demonstrate due diligence by mitigating these risks and using some level of prevention. Threats affect the physical, technical and administrative areas of security as well as policies and procedures across your enterprise. In order to manage risks, lower costs, improve productivity, limit downtime, and prevent loss of information, facilities and profits, decision makers need to proactively know where vulnerabilities are and how to manage them. Unfortunately, dedicating internal personnel to identify vulnerabilities and improve security measures puts strain on departmental resources and may delay priority projects.
